Our function room can accommodate up to 150 guests and features broad verandas with views out over the beautiful Upper Swan River.

The Rose Garden terrace, lush lawns and tree lined riverside provide excellent forums for ceremonies and photo opportunities.

Located within the original stone wine cellar of the historic property, the Restaurant room has wonderful ambience and an alfresco courtyard facing the river. This area is used to accommodate our guests traveling from Perth to the Swan Valley on any of Captain Cook Cruises’ vessels.

Waters Edge Estate has ample parking facilities for cars and coaches. For those that wish to combine their visit with a river cruise, a regular service arrives daily from Perth. Alternatively we can provide cruise boat charter services as an enjoyable way to solve transport issues for larger functions.
